We have an already working setup of enterprise license 3CX. We are moving offices and we have a new SIP trunk with public ip that is directly connected to an interface on the new 3CX setup.
Before we move I have setup a new 3CX to test the new SIP trunk and everything works fine (have to define Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields).
Before the last move I wanted to test the backup restore. The old 3cx installation has been updated to the latest version and I backup and create a new 3cx with the option to restore from FULL backup.
I create the new SIP trunk and delete the old ones set the same fields of (Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields) with the public ip of the SIP trunk but all the sip invites go out with the Contact Host part containing the Internet facing IP and not the SIP trunk IP. I tried even manually setting it in outbound options of the trunk but the result is the same so the SIP server replies with 480 no route (because of the internet facing public ip in the contact host part).
Is there any config file or something else that might be overriding this setting ?
Thank you
