Welcome email not received

Hi ,
on an up to date windows PBX , as I have a lot of time to waiste, today, I decided to connect to webclient to check hours for a fake extension, so I added my email (in extension settings)to receive welcome email and have this F..K...G password to be able to connect to Webclient.
But now I have no reception of welcome email, from selected extension when I click on sent,I receive nothing !!!

All email notifications from that PBX are OK and send test on email Settings page is well received, so it's not a SMTP problem.

What can I do now to get this password and have welcome email working?

Could you set back the eye on webclient password in console to avoid being obliged to send welcome email each time ?

Your email address may have been blacklisted for different reasons. I will be very happy if you can send us the relevant email address to [email protected] in order for us to check the email and let you know if this is the case.

Well, in my case I spoke about the PBX emails not ones from the portal

Finally today I opened a support ticket and got a way to restore smtp to work in all the cases. I did the change in pbx email settings and set it to use the 3CX SMTP, since this, all end users email adresses are working fine for Welcome email reception.
So probably I will never know why, after years, suddenly, some of email address set in extensions were unable to receive Welcome Email while others were. Really weird thing letting me a final taste of misunderstanding
