Solved Welcome Email

When I select an extension and click the Send Welcome Email button is it possible to select the language to send it as? We have English as default but we have some people asking for the email in spanish. Is this possible?

Hi @tohoken,

There isn't an option to change the Welcome Email text when sending a Welcome Email, it's tied to the OS language.

The message generated uses the template from your Email Templates. You can change the text in the Welcome Email Template under Settings >> Email >> Email Templates >> Extension Welcome but it would be best to change the OS language is the language is changing to Spanish indefinitely for that site.
