Welcome message is not set properly.

hello. I am using the 3CX live chat plugin on WordPress for a client. I want to edit the Welcome message for my customer, but it is not working.On chat end message is showing normally when they leave the chat box even after editing, but why is the Welcome message not working?

The available live chat options are listed under the Messages tab of the live chat configuration.

What changes have been made and what is not working exactly please
