WellGate 2540 missing in 3CX Console

Hello 3CX Staff!

I am missing the Welltech Wellgate 2540 4FXS in the Management console.
Is it compatible wit the 2504 4FXS? I have a 2504 and would like to provision it with 3CX standard methods.

Look at the below, the FXS variant you are using is not supported:

You are not alone with this, beroNet FXS is not recognized as well as some Patton models.

I would suggest (if you are comfortable with custom templates) taking the 24 port variant and adjusting this. I did the opposite sort of thing with the Patton 4112 JS (FXS) up to the un-supported 24 port channel bank and it worked fine.

NOTE: Custom templates are not supported by 3CX.

Yeah, but the WellGate 2450 is supported!

You have said above you are using FXS not FXO:

FXO = Analogue lines.
FXS = Analogue endpoints such as phones, FAX and ringers.

The 3CX support page states: Welltech WellGate 2540 – 4 port FXO and makes no reference to FXS. The FXO variant will appear in the "Trunks" page in 3CX.
