Im trying to setup a fax machine on my Welltech 172 plus ata attatched to a 3cx system. Ive configured it a few times and i used the firmware update in the 3CX instructions but im still having problems with it. I have it set to where it will recieve faxes ok, but when it is trying to send a fax it will dial out and as soon as the other device or caller picks up it hangs up the call and will not send a fax. Anyone else have this problem and maybe a solution.
