Hi,
great to see that you will investigate time for team integration. I think that every pbx system that will be sold in bigger companies must integrate MS Teams. Otherwise it this system is not in the race anymore. MS invest so much power in there cloud solutions that companies have no other choice as make it to their central colaboration system, cause the office integration is soo deep. and choosing an addidtional telefone system for that company makes only sense, if they can integrate theses services with teams and have more benefits. so 3cx have such benefits like call flow, voice dialing, hardware connecting,... i believe that that could be a great bundle package.

What kind of integration, or what would you expect? third companies already can offer an integration but its not cost-wise.Even if 3CX can provide the SCB part, for direct routing; still need to pay for 2 phone systems...

Is extensions status change report planned to be implemented in the next release of 3CX Server?
E.g. daily extension status change report for particular or all extensions, as "Available, DND, Away" times.

If you are looking for a Teams integration for 3CX we have an SBC that you can use to connect, we have lots of 3CX customers using it. Configuration is not as easy setting up a SIP trunk on 3CX but is still doable for most users.

We choose to not do it that way as then customers have to pay a per user fee (unless you give it away for free). When we developed it for the trunk style you can get as many lines/call paths as you feel necessary. Also our per line charge is cheaper than most per user fee's that we have seen, $2.50 per line or free if you have our Unlimited SIP trunking.

Our integration does cost something but not much. And it doesn't require any SIP trunks. The way it works is completely different than most, from what I've seen.

Also, if a company can waste money on Teams licensing, they can afford the integration cost. Otherwise, go full Teams or full 3CX. That's my opinion and that of many I worked with.

Hi, is in roadmap the 3CX integration with de onmichannel module for Dynamics 365 CRM?

@nicojmb No, we have our own omnichannel livechat facebook etc.

@innovative7 dial by first name is in v18...
@ENCOM-GEFFRAY SSO is in v18...
@DEVNETTS Fully agreed. But some strategy moves are needed before smaller features. In v18 we will addressmore core features. And also better CRM integration. In regards to more unified dialing plan - you can do a lot with our inbound rules and planning but definitely we can do more in that area. Let us know in more detail how bridges fall short for you....

More detailed post about v18 coming next week!
We have not found a way with the built-in digital receptionist to allow an external caller to enter the extension from a remote 3CX PBX and have the call transfer through the 3CX to 3CX tunnel. We have tried creating a custom dial plan without much success. Additionally, I believe the dial by name directory does not include information from the remote 3CX.

@DEVNETTS

The behavior you're describing may actually be achievable with the current version of 3CX, but please do consider posting a new thread in our general forum (3CX Communication System) so that we can look into this and hopefully reach a resolution. Just click on "Forums" up top and then "3CX Communication System" and "Post Thread", briefly describe your current setup and the desirable behavior.

It is now 6/4/2021 and until now there is no audit log / change log
Can someone tell me if this feature was released and maybe I am not on the latest 3cx update?

Thanks

That's right, you probably haven't read the recent release blog posts.

The Audit Log generally was planned for V18, and in Alpha 3, there was a chamge to which licenae you would need to use it:

Now we are on Alpha 4:

"Ability to provision a Raspberry PI remotely as either a PBX or an SBC. This means you can drop ship a device to a customer and there’s no need to connect a keyboard or monitor to install 3CX."

How does one do this? Is it available to try?
