Hi,

Can someone tell me what the negotiation icons that appear in the abandoned calls in the queue mean?

They are "Not Dealt with", "Dealing with" and "Dealt" with respectively. You should get this info if you hover the mouse over each one.

Thanks for the response, but i dont I don't understand what mean:

"Not Dealt with" --> ¿?
"Dealing with" --> ¿?
"Dealt" --> ¿?

i've search doc but dont find anything

It's basically just a flag for that specific call in the "Abandoned Calls" list. It's so Call Queue agents know if an abandoned call has been called back by another agent and dealt with or if it is even being dealt with at this moment. It does not change any other statuses anywhere else on the PBX, it is merely informational to help the agents handle those calls appropriately.

Perfect, now I have understood.
