What exactly does "PBX Delivers Audio" do?

It forces the voice packets to go back to the 3Cx PBX rather than go directly between two SIP devices, once a connection is established. Depending on what two devices are being connected, it may not be possible, to have the connection set up any other way but the audio passing through 3CX.
