Solved What happened to the side BLF Panel, and views - receptionist

Last week I had both options, today they are gone. Is this by design. I hope not!
It appears to be an exact replica of the web client now.

Which application are you referring to? The 3CX Windows Client? The new 3CX Desktop App? Can you provide a screenshot for clarification?

Hi @pbomboy,

Are you referring to the BLF in the dialer? Click the phone icon at the top, then the icon to expand the side panel.

Does not work... When I click the phone icon, the only thing that appears is the dialer window.
