what is the best hardware

Hi all

I am trying to install elastix for one of my customers, I need some suggestions please an advise for the right hardware to be used .
System configurations will be:
users : 600-700
Conc call required : aprox. 300-400
SIP Trunk : 1 SIP trunk provided via static route to ITSP, with 200 channels
Codec on SIP trunk : g711
Codec on Sets : g711m ( but we may use g729, if cound free 729 free source
FXS : 32 Ports
FXO : 24 Ports ( but those will not be used after 3 months of installation

I was thinking of Xeon Quad Processor, with Ram of 16,
Raid, redundent, PS & so
with another back up server with the same specs ..

is this Ok ? or need higher specs or RAM ?

Yes, but the max they have is the ELX-5000 which support 400 conc. calls only
I am looking for a customized server to handle 1000 user with 600-700 conc. calls at a time .
