What is the Branch Office Integration (Q3) feature?

I was looking at the 3CX feature list for Enterprise edition and it lists the following feature:

Branch Office Integration (Q3)

What does this do?

I think it was IP-PBX to IP-PBX type configuration. Have one main office and have branches to other 3CX configurations.

But I am not sure if that is actually correct but it is allong those lines.
