Solved What is the expected behavior for an incoming call to a webclient with CRM integration turned on?

I know this has changed a lot recently, I remember when the CRM web page would open on answer or ringing. Now I think I need to click on the link in the dialer to open the page.

So what bahavior should I expect?

When the CRM integration is configured, the PBX will perform a contact lookup to the CRM with the number as it comes in the PBX. If there is a valid match returned, once the call is answered the call pop-up will be triggered.

I am not getting the automatic pop up on answer, I can click the CRM or 3CX link in the dialer box and the relevant page opens

In the web client under settings<<integration is the option to automatically open contact url enabled?

Yes, if I turn off the option disappears from the dialer panel. I am running Firefox on Debian 12, I just tried Chrome, noticed the option was set to off. Set to open in Chrome also . Tested incoming call , did not automatically open the web page.

Only provides link in the dialler.

Is this a Custom CRM? Is it configured in the PBX?

It is Bitrix24, I don't see that option in webclient or desktop app or 3cx phoneapp

This should not be the case. If you make the CRM test do you see any error?
You might need to create a support ticket in order to check this further.

I see no error. I will open a support ticket. This is a fresh install made last week off of the latest ISO downloaded last week.

Problem resolved by not using the existing backup when rebuilding the server.
