Yealink T4/T5. Can't be wrong with Yealink. Even T3 now.

Yealink T53 or T54. WiFi can be added for a few dollars more and comes in handy from time to time.

I'm in education, and we have the Yealink T23g in all of our classrooms. Staff and Faculty have the Yealink T29g, and upper management have the Yealink T48s.
