What pulse rate is used for calculating call costs in 3CX?

Does anyone have information regarding the call cost configuration in 3CX? Specifically, on which pulse rate the calls are being calculated. We are unable to find an option to upload or define pulse rates like 60/60, 1/1, 6/6, etc.
