whatsapp on Twillio, is it possible?

Is the WhatsApp integration available with Twillio?
I've already have a WhatsApp number under Twillio, can I use it with 3CX?

Hi. Regarding your question, It does not matter where the number originates as long as it has not been used for any WhatsApp integration option in the past.

But it's already approved as a WhatsApp business under Twillio account by Facebook.
Can we "web hook" it to 3cx? (from twillio platform)

You can only use a number that has not previously been used WhatsApp:

You must have a WhatsApp Business Platform account set up with a phone number added. This number should not be registered to any other existing WhatsApp account, whether it be virtually or on a device. If you want to use a number that is already set up on WhatsApp, you have to delete the account first. Read more here.

so basically it's a no.
You can integrate with a SMS from twillio but not a WhatsApp from twillio.
Why implement one, and not the other?

You can implement DID numbers from Twilio as long as they are not implemented elsewhere. These numbers can be new numbers only that have not been used previously with a WhatsApp integration or WhatsApp business.
