WHB620 headset using Chrome PWA won't go off mute for calls

I have a customer that from yesterday their headset goes to mute automatically when they answer a call on it. We have reset PC and headset base, checked the settings in USB connect and PWA and can't see why this is happening. Also pressing the mute key on the headset has no effect on the mute.

Is the microphone pointing up or front? Up is always mute position.
