When dialing an ext, is there a way to announce the name of the ext you are dialing?

There is nothing built into 3CX for this.

You could, however, create a 3CX Phone for Windows plugin or small client application that monitors for new calls. When a new call is dialed it could use text-to-speech to play the number and name of the person you are dialing.
