Using the API I call a number.

Then I get a MakeCall to my extension.

I answer the call and imidiatly I get a voice saying the forwarding failed.

I also get this email:

Call or Registration to xx xx xx xx@(Ln.10001@xx) failed.
xxx replied: 403 Permission denied; from IP:xx:5060

Is there an "allow" setting somewhere?

Thanks.

When you answer a call from the MakeCall IVR, the IVR will try to transfer the call to the destination you have specified. This might fail for different reasons, but the most common case is not having an outbound rule for this call.

This is a screenshot of my outbound ... my extension is 101 - I have no problem calling from my extension to an external number,

When you call directly and it works, the destination number has the same format you're using in this Make Call? I mean, a possible issue could be that you dial a local number from your phone, and using Make Call you're also including a country code. Just an idea of something to check....

You can start a Wireshark capture in your 3CX server, and see if the call is being sent to the SIP Trunk or not. It's important to understand if the call is being rejected by the SIP Trunk, or if 3CX can't find the route for it.
