Where are the older logs located?

I'm currently trying to use the bin log viewer to determine what caused all calls in a queue to drop.

However, they only go so far back and the logging is set to 5 days.

Where can I find the older logs?

I found the logs but I was expecting to see a bldef file - Where is the path if I browse to it?

Great @kieferschild,

Glad you found them. You can copy all of the BLREC files out into temp folder then copy the main BLDEF file into it as well, opening it with the bin log viewer will show you all the logs going back.
