Where can I choose the codec in 3CX?

Hi, I'm begining with 3CX free edition and I have some doubts

In which part of the management console I can choose which codec I want to use, because I searched everywhere and
I couldn't find it, the manual doesn't show how to do it.

and the softphone 3CX only gives me the option to use GSM, PCMA and PCMU so
if I want to use the codec speex or ilbc
Would I have to find other softphone that supports those codecs?

Its really an option of what your phones and any sip trunks support. By default the PBX does not deliver audio so it is only a proxy for the phone to find the other end. If the PBX is delivering audio then its either G711 or G729. Codec support is dependant on your end devices mostly.
