Other Forum posts say a Queue Manager is defined in the Notifications section of the queue. When I look at our Queues, the Notifications section doesn’t have a field to define a Queue Manager. There is a list of Users to notify but it doesn’t explicitly refer to these as Managers.

When I've added Users to the Queue notification list, they still can’t see the Queues in the panel.

Example of issue: I made one User a member of a Queue. Added them to Notifications. Set their User Role to Manager (same result as when System Owner) - when they log into the 3CX client they still can’t see the queues in the panel.

What am I overlooking?

Oh, and we have the same issue with the “Live Chat – Text – Calls Menu,” we can’t find where to define the Manager for it either.

Thanks! So, any "Users" added on the Queue Notifications are really Queue "Managers?" That was my assumption, but was thrown off by the (lack of) wording...

Seems like the field label in v20 could be worded better. In v18 the field label on the Notifications page said precisely "Select queue manager extension number."

Thanks again!

I agree, the labelling could be better

This will be addressed in an upcoming update.
