3CX v20u3 Ent, on prem, 128sc
Other Forum posts say a Queue Manager is defined in the Notifications section of the queue. When I look at our Queues, the Notifications section doesn’t have a field to define a Queue Manager. There is a list of Users to notify but it doesn’t explicitly refer to these as Managers.
When I've added Users to the Queue notification list, they still can’t see the Queues in the panel.
Example of issue: I made one User a member of a Queue. Added them to Notifications. Set their User Role to Manager (same result as when System Owner) - when they log into the 3CX client they still can’t see the queues in the panel.
What am I overlooking?
Oh, and we have the same issue with the “Live Chat – Text – Calls Menu,” we can’t find where to define the Manager for it either.
