Hello, can someone help me? I no longer see a config file attached to the email. From what I've read, users are now required to set their own password. However, I'm unable to find where to input this password. The welcome email contains a link to the web client, but when I click it, it leads me to the web client's login page. Unfortunately, I can't log in because I haven't set a password, and there was no suggestion provided on how to create a new one. Could you please help me figure out where I should input my own new password?

I had the same issue when upgrading from a old 3cx to the latest version. It was missing the password reset link so I took an email template from a fresh install of 3cx and replaced the one what was not working. that resolved it for me it was faster then getting support to fix the issue.

@Cynic666, you can log in to the admin console of the system and use the option Reset Password for the user in question.
The user receives an email with a prompt to create a new password.

If you do not have access to the system admin console, contact your system administrator/person managing the 3CX system for your organization to trigger the reset password option for you.

Change ATTACH_3CXCONFIG_WELCOMEEMAIL to 1 and resend your email.

revert once you've got your cfg file.

One more question please: If i will leave ATTACH_3CXCONFIG_WELCOMEEMAIL active, what could happen?
I mean its was very convenient way for our users to receive welcome email with config file attached and i am prefer to use it

I believe this option was disabled to prevent any uneccessary emails out in the wild which contain such info that cannot be controlled thus reducing the chance of unauthorised access.

Ok, I got you. Thank you very much.
