Where to upload template xml file?

Hi where do I upload the template CRM file? in the guide it says:
Once the template has been tested and debugged, it’s time to upload it to 3CX. To do this, go to 3CX “Management Console” > “Settings” > “CRM” > “Server side” tab and click “Add” to upload your template to 3CX.

That is correct, under the Settings > CRM section, beside the dropdown, there will be an "+Add" button. Simply upload the XML there.

the settings is in the web client?

It will be in the Management Console.

If you're using StartUP, it doesn't have the management console.
