Solved Which headset works best with web client?

So after using the web client for months with an unbranded headset we'd like to have the ability to answer the calls directly along with placing them hold via the headset buttons. Which headset that is wired would be the best one for this application? Thanks

Hi @Baldog,

With the EPOS integration, you can pick up calls and place them on hold etc. It's one of the brands that we have an integration guide for as well: https://www.3cx.com/docs/configuring-sennheiser-headsets/
