Hello,

I have old gigaset that work with on premisse (basic SIP login password).
I have change yesterday to 4 FREE and wrong configuration my IP was BAN.

Can you add my IP to whitelist ?
Can I use basic SIP with this phone (gigaset) ?

No you cannot with any Gigasets. You will need an SBC if you use 3CX FREE.

And if your Gigaset is not specifically model N610, N670 or N870 then you cannot configure it automatically.

We do not whitelist any IPs! Reset your device so that it will stop trying to connect in an unsupported way, and the IP will be cleared within 24h automatically from the last attempt.
