Long story short, the admin console it only accessible from whitelisted IP's. Those IP's are no longer accessible, meaning the admin console is no longer accessible.

We still have access via CLI, is there any way to change/edit the whitelist from CLI?

Hi @it203,

If you have a backup and you're able to restore it to a day or so prior to the lock out, that could be a solution. If you can't or don't want to go the backup route, PM me.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you take a backup of your current 3CX PBX via CLI, before performing any actions. Here is a guide outlining the process to backup or restore via CLI.

Note: If you restore a backup from a previous date, all configuration and call logs after the backup was taken will be removed.

The whitelist has been in place for some time, we've recently switched from an office environment to home working permenantly so the office internet has now gone, don't think a backup would help in this instance.

The only options I see right now are:

Rebuild
Edit the whitelist via CLI (if thats even possible)

Hi @it203,

Do you have terminal access to the machine?
