Whitelisting IP in 3CX application

Hi,

Is there any way to whitelist IP in the 3CX application?

Yes, we can do it in the firewall, but I am looking for an option to whitelist, like there is option to blacklist.

One of our SIP trunk provider send back handshaking packet to ensure encrypted gateway. Sometimes 3CX takes that as an intrusion. I feel whitelisting option may help.

In the same section you need to press the Add option, enter the ip and select to Allow:
