Who is my hosting company?

In the 3CX portal it says my system is Hosted but does not say who my hosting company is. How do I contact my hosting company? My SSL is about to expire and not sure how to get it renewed. I receive emails daily saying that my SSL renewal failed.

Since it's 3CX FQDN, the SSL certificate should be automatically renewed, and it should be handled from our end.

I have been receiving this email daily and my SSL expires on 3/15/24

3CX Notification: SSL Certificate Renewal Failed - xxxxxx.nc.3cx.us

The SSL Certificate renewal for xxxx.nc.3cx.us failed - Network problem SSL certificate failed due to network conditions. Unable to reach Certificate Issuing Servers. We will try again in a couple of hours.

Ok, we have checked it and let's do the following, please reboot your machine, when out of office hours, and then wait for a day or two if you get another email that the certificate will fail to regenerate, we will escalate this and get it sorted before it expires. Since we have some days left (expires on 3/15/24), let's do that and see how it goes.

We rebooted yesterday and still received the email this morning saying that the SSL failed.

It has been 3 days since I rebooted and I am still getting the SSL renewal failed emails. My SSL still shows it will expire in 4 days.
