Who is the 3CX SMB service suitable for?

Good morning, my situation is this: I need to de-energize a VoIP switchboard for a very simple law firm.
There will only be 2 interiors and the most the customer wants is to send the message that arrives at the secretariat via email.
Since they have a 3CX compatible provider and are therefore available for trunk registration in the SMB version as well, I wanted to ask if this might be right for me.
As for support, how is it for the SMB version?
Thank you.

SMB is very limited as it's on a multitenant system. Also, it will be scaled back later this year, probably in favor of partners with MT systems.

It's fine if all you need is softphones and a few basic features. Note that a user HAS to login at least once every 30-days to maintain the account active, as it's a free service.

Since it's for a law-firm, maybe consider a small Pro or Basic license instead.

Hi, ConceptsWeb. Thank you for your reply and for your advice.
I'm trying to try to buy a 3cx pro subscription but the system itself recommends me to use the 3cx smb due to the low number of users.
