Whenever I try and make an outbound call I am greeted with the following errors in my action log.

Any ideas?

07/09/2021 00:13:36 - Call to T:Line:10000>>+4425@[Dev:sip:[email protected]] from L:22.1[Extn:2001] failed, cause: Cause: 603 Decline/INVITE from 217.10.68.151:5060

Hi @ConnorThomp,

I'd first run a nslookup to make sure that the FQDN is pointing to the correct IP.

If yes, are you able to SSH into the machine? If so, you can check if any 3CX services are not running (such as the Management Console service, nginx etc) and start it if needs be (ignore the Hotel Module).

Appears it was a service issue, I restarted the AWS instance and everything sparked back ti life.

Though I am still unable to make outbound calls, as it is producing the same error.

Hi @ConnorThomp,

The decline is coming from the provider, so I'd suggest contacting them and asking them why they're declining in this case.

I would confirm that they do, indeed, want a leading +, and not a zero (perhaps without the country code?), on national calls.

What number are you dialling, as the number in the log is +4425 - this is not a UK number - probably why it is failing
