Why does MOH and Intro Prompt play at the same time?

When configuring a queue t have both MOH and an Intro Prompt, both play at the same time. Is there anyway to have the prompt play and then the MOH?

Hi,

This was a design decision, and cannot be turned off.

You can edit the MOH file to have some silence, enough to cover for the intro prompt.

That is what I told the customer, they just thought it was a bit odd and I said I'd ask
