Why does my group membership effect my number dialed?

Latest 3CX 18.0 (Build 939) and using webclient. Fresh clean install last week.

When I am a member of default group the number I dial gets changed from +8558787xxxx to 8787xxxx.

When I delete my group from the outgoing rules the number stay as dialed.

Why does my group membership change my dialed number?

Do you have any other outbound rules in the Phonesystem, as the second rule you show is empty?

Can you please clarify if the E164 is enabled in the PBX?
