Why is it asking me to upgrade firmware to an older version?

Hi

Why is the system prompting me to upgrade the firmware to an older version? Its on 108.86.0.90 and the system is asking me to upgrade to 108.86.0.77 (see attached image)

Likely your firmware isnt a 3CX Supported firmware and is stock from manufacturer.

Ah Ok I didnt know there was a difference, so Im advisied to go with the one 3cx are suggesting then?

You can find the 3CX Supported phone firmware V20 here and for V18 here
Make sure to select the correct web page according to the Version of your PBX.

We always advise to have your IP phones to the latest supported firmware by 3CX as they are tested.
