Why is the Qstatus is online even if i am logged out queues?

Hello,
I am logged out from all queues. (You can see it queue logged in to section). But QueueStatus is still blue. Can anyone explain me why is that? I think they are apart,but i can't tell it due to the fact that i don't have any idea of its reason

Because your are globally logged in but explicitly logged out of the queues. Two different ways of login/logout.
