Solved Why no version 20 update?

Hey Everybody

We are running v18 Pro on Windows server 2016 but I'm not getting the version 20 alert on the updates page.

What am I missing?

The upgrade from the management console is only an option for the Debian installations.
For the Windows installations you will need to create a full backup and reinstall with the latest 3CX Windows Installer.
Ensure before the upgrade to follow steps as per blog post here.

When is the end date for v18 now? It says not to upgrade as scheduled reports aren't yet available but do you know if that's happened yet?

As soon as trhe PBX is under V18 Update 9B you will be able to use:

1. PUSH support until August 31st, 2025
2. License reactivation until September 2025

but be aware that no security updates also apply to the system. It is suggested to move to V20 as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
