Will 3cxpscomcpp2 in v15 be re-added to the GAC? or should we be packaging 3cx dlls with our solutions?

Also, it seems that 3cxpscomcpp2, sl.dll and tcxpscom_native.dll are required. Are there other dlls that should be included in integration projects?

No, it will not be added to the GAC. You should not package the DLLs, you should use the libraries from the 3CX installation directory, so you're sure that you're connecting to 3CX using the same DLLs used by the server, and that way you ensure that there are no problems with the interface.

These 3 DLLs are all what you need to use the 3CX Call Control API.
