Looking for Windows 10 compatible headsets that work with the web client for 3cx 16.0.1581 Professional.

Looking at these so far.

Jabra Evolve 65 UC MONO
Sennheiser SD Pro 1
Sennheiser SC 665
Plantronics Blackwire C710 Wired (No idea why they want wired headsets but not my decision)
PLANTRONICS VOYAGER 4220

Looking for the following information.

Any recommendations that are known to work with the web client and less than $250/US.
Verification that your suggestion or any of the above headsets work with the web client. We can use the windows client but prefer the web client.
Verification of any issues or problems that your suggestion or any of the above headsets have with the web client. (we don't have hours to spend messing around with fixes, patches or unsupported workarounds).

Thanks

Hello @TheMan

Please note that the only supported brand is Sennheiser and you can enable the integration under the Webclient settings. This will require you to download a plugin and the Sennheiser software so the integration is successful.
The webclient also includes integration for Jabra and Plantronics but these are not officially supported and we cannot guarantee that all headsets will work.

Is there anyplace this is documented? Supported Web Client headsets?

Yiannis, we are having frequent problems with Sennheiser MB Pro 1 & 2, no sound in the headset even if everything is configured properly and is up to date. It happens on some computers and not on others. Would you have any similar problems with some users ?

I have been using a Plantronics C310-M. It works fine but the answer and hangup must be done through the client.

I use the Plantronics Savi W720 everyday without issues. It also works well plugged into the USB port of the Yealink T46S.
