Windows 11 - 3CX Desktop App

Any ideas why this might be happening on Windows 11 22H2?

Thanks, but this is to install 3CX onto a Windows environment. My issue relates to the Desktop App which is downloaded from the web client https://*********.3cx.uk/webclient onto a Windows 11 computer.

That page does, in fact, have Windows 11 (Pro/Enterprise) in the supported OS list.

He's right lol the list does mention W11.

Which version is the 3cx system, please, and what is the version is the desktop app?

With the desktop app open, locate the Desktop app icon in the system tray, right-click and click about.

That's nice to hear. As of a few weeks ago there were at least a couple of 3CX posts here pointing out it wasn't supported for the Desktop App. Perhaps testing was completed.

The Desktop App is removed in 3CX v20 so it's a moot point now. That said, I have not had any such issues on 11 22H2. (and 21H2 Pro is no longer supported by Microsoft so hopefully no one's still using it)
