Windows 2003 error with 3cx V11 sp2/3 and 4.

Hello everyone,

I would like to install the 3cx V11 sp2/3 and 4. But the problem is that my server in a Windows 2003 ...

I've tried to install the SP2 and it works, don't know why. But when I want to install the SP3 I've this following error.

Hi there,
Looking at the log snippet it seems a process is locking access on 3CXPerfMon.dll , you can find out which process using a tool such as Sysiternals Process Explorer, then take a note of its PID, open an elevated command prompt and issue the following command taskkill /PID 123 /F (Where 123 the unique identified PID from the previous step.)
