Windows 3CX Client Presence Information

Hi

Is there a way to get the 3CX Windows Client to show that it is unavailable (grey square blob) when it is not running on a PC?

At the moment it always says "Available" (and green square blob) even when its not running on the PC - which is completely useless.

Any help would be appreciated.

In order for the extension to be greyed out it needs to un-register from the PBX.
But there are a number of reasons why this doesn't happen.
The first is you may have push enabled so the extension must be registered to receive push messages at any time, or you can have ring my mobile simultaneously and you might want to receive calls on your mobile number.
If you want for the extension to un-register then disable push and ring my mobile simultaneously options from the management console and wait the 2 minutes for the registration to expire
