Windows App not making any calls

Hello all, hope everyone is continuing to be safe out there. I have an issue and so far its just with one extension. A user has a Windows app that wont make any calls when you right-click on someones name in the directory list. It just flashes very briefly to the call menu and then right back to the directory list. When the app gets installed on another computer using the same extension it does the same thing. When I'm in the web client, calls work fine. Desk phone calls fine. I removed the registration on both PCs and then re provisioned yields the same thing. Logs don't show anything. Not sure what to do, thinking about removing the user and recreating because that has helped in other issues I've had. Thanks.

Just be sure that in this extension you are using UDP Sip Transport

From: Extension > Phone Provisioning > 3CX APP > SIP Transport > UDP
this only if you are in the same network with 3cx server.

try this and let me know

It is currently set to UDP. The app on the computer is on the same network, but its also used on a laptop as well, which is outside the network. Both do the same thing. I have tried to remove the account on both PCs and then just re-register to only one and that didn't work either.

I guess its just a bug in the app. When I toggle between softphone and desktop, I can dial the first call no problem. However, I can immediately try to dial a second call and then it does the same thing. Any calls after that still produce the problem. If I reset back to using a different phone, the first call works again.

If it was one computer I would think about ensuring the audio settings were correct. Does the extension have the rights to dial out? What does the call log/activity log say?

It does have rights to dial out. Nothing in call log that I can tell.
