We have had a customer request to have the ability to add if they change status, can they also have the option for this to have no timer or a timer selectable on this.

What they are trying to achieve is the temporary status for members of the team who are rushing out the door to meetings and asking reception to put them in that status, then asking reception to change it when they are back.
