I'm sure I'm not the only or first one to ask this. Is this a way to disable just the ringer on the Windows app?
Users have their physical desk phones which ring, as well as the Windows app. But i want to turn off just the ringer for Windows app. I can't mute the entire PC as that would disrupt other programs, and I can't mute the entire 3CX app either as then they wouldn't be able to listen to voicemails through it.
I've been searching but can't find any way to just disable the ringer, or change it to silence.
Has anyone else done the same thing - what am I missing?
