Windows Client on different network

Hello,

We have recently separate our telephones network from phones network. Phones are now in subnet 192.168.50.0 and PCs on network 192.168.100.0.

Phones are registering and working properly but Windows client is not. Can you let me know what ports should be open in order to comunicate correctly? Also do I have to reconfigure the Windows clients by sending a new welcome email?

What do you mean by clients not working? Are they not registering or they have no presence? Or calls or audio does not work?
