Windows client v18 - Keep Dialer on top desnt work

From time to time (besides of tray's setting dialer) is not being kept on top (if I focus other window it hides below the others)
I have to switch this setting off/on to force it working again.

I would even survive with that, but most annoying thing is I cant see who is calling me (I can hear ring, but no popup window visible)

Firstly, can you confirm that you're running the latest version of the 3CX Desktop App?

When you're focusing on another window, do you mean that you're clicking on another tab or do you mean that you're hovering your mouse over the chrome icon for example? Are you able to Alt + Tab to the Desktop App when it rings?

App didnt ask for upgrades - where I can find info what is latest version?

When you're focusing on another window

Scenario is as follow:
- I have 3cx app on top of eg Notepad
- clicking mouse Notepad
- 3cx is no longer visible (hides below Notepad)
Then:
- right clicking 3cx app tray icon turning on/off option to keep dialer on top
- works as expected (unfortunately for a while only)


As proof see below screenshots (it has stopped working again...) -> 3cx app shoudnt be covered by Notepad

PS not sure if this makes any difference but Im using 2 monitors

Does this only happen on this PC?

Have you tried rebooting the PC? Have you tried restarting the 3CX Desktop App?

This is happening on few PCs / different models. Restarted multiple times
All PCs are Windows 10 machines

I have other Apps forcing own wikndow to be always on top and those work well

Hi @Parslej,

As a test, can you disable all of the other apps being on top, only have the 3CX Desktop app forced on top then restart the PC. Can you confirm that it stays on top when the other apps are disabled?
