Windows Desktop App: Call not Found

Manchmal kommt es vor, dass man wild auf den grünen Hörer drückt, aber man kann den Anruf nicht annehmen...
Es kommt auch die Fehlermeldung "call not found", während es im Hintergrund weiter geklingelt hat.
Die einzige Lösung ist, die App neu zu starten.

Just to confirm, you mean you press the answer button multiple times to answer the call correct? If yes, is it always the "Call not found" error you get and is that the exact wording?

Also, you say the caller keeps ringing, what does the callee see? Does he not receive the call again, does it show that he's on a call but no audio perhaps?

Mostly "Call not Found" comes up, if the callee can't receive the call.
Sometimes also "WebRTC not found".
This usually happens when the user opens the PC from standby mode.
Somehow the new 3cx desktop client does not refresh the connection, but after a restart it works again.
This problem seem to be on the Windows and the Mac client as far as i know.
