Windows desktop app : No popup when receive call

Today we start to implement 3cx.

in our test we see when receive a call the desktop app won't popup , only ringing.
don't find anything in the setting.

Someone ?

Hi @Helmut W.,

Do you have the Desktop App Dialer open at the time? If you click the phone icon, it'll open the dialler. Minimize it and call - does it popup?

when i open dialer and minimize , it wont pop up

If you fully exit (end the process) and relaunch the Desktop App, do the calls popup when coming through?

when i restart the client , then it popups . .. will analyze.
