Windows dialer app: Missing call list for quick access

I miss a quick access to the call lists in the dialer. The way via the app is time-consuming, because the window is in the background below various applications and then usually another function such as chat or panel is activated.So I have to perform various mouse movements and clicks to call a number from the list.

The problem here is that the dialer opens as a new window? Why not use the Web Client or the PWA client, where in both cases the dialer does not popout.

I am using the PWA client now. How are the BLF buttons displayed?

Hi @hwohlert,

The PWA client is a copy of the Webclient so at present it won't display the BLFs in the dialer.

Is work being done to integrate Windows app functionality into the web client?

Hi @hwohlert,

As more features become available to the WebClient, the PWA client will be updated as well. These changes will be highlighted in our blog as usual, so keep an eye out for it.
