Windows - local user accounts 3cx profiles

I'm sure this as been covered many times but can anyone assist;

I've loaded the 3cx soft client onto a windows tablet and working ok but the tablet is shared with 10 other users all with local windows accounts (no AD), is there a way of each user having the 3cx softphone settings already populated/inherit from the admin account rather than having to log on with each user and create/update the profiles separately?

Seems daft that such a good app doesn't appear to have this option upon install
